Phil is CEO of Untamed Brands, working directly with our restaurant partner founders and the Untamed team to develop and implement the optimal business strategy to achieve best in class growth and results.  Prior to Untamed, Phil led Northeast/Mid Atlantic regions for Chipotle, including full responsibility for Operations, People, Marketing, Development and PnL, where he participated in system growth from 16 units to 1,300+ units and led entry into all major and mid tier markets in the Mid Atlantic and Northeast, including Washington DC, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, etc. Phil was responsible for real estate, people, finance and support infrastructure for 350+ locations. Phil achieved the system’s highest speed of service marks through focus and innovation in staff deployment, technology, and service.

Linda FitzPatrick

Nando’s Restaurant Group

Linda is CFO where she is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, financial planning, analytics, treasury and tax. Prior to Untamed, she spent five years with Nando’s Restaurant Group, where she served as VP of Finance, with responsibility for the accounting and finance function of the North America business, comprising 57 corporate and 18 Franchise locations across the US and Canada.

Chief Development Officer
Chipotle Mexican Grill

Matt is the Chief Development Officer where he leads real estate, design, and construction development efforts. Prior to Untamed, Matt led Chipotle's real estate and development team for the East Coast region. Matt has over 25 years of experience creating and executing strategic development plans across multiple disciplines including traditional urban/suburban, mixed use, and non-traditional locations such as, college and universities, airports, ghost kitchens, stadiums, and military bases.

Glenn Douglas
Head of Supply Chain
Panera Bread l Einstein Bagels l Noodles and Co.

Glenn is the Head of Supply Chain where he is responsible for sourcing best in class ingredients, optimizing distribution and establishing co-packing partnerships for producing proprietary items at scale. Prior to Untamed, Glenn led supply chain for Noodles & Company, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and the procurement organization for Panera Bread.

Bethany Strong
Chipotle Mexican Grill l Le Pain Quotidien l taim

Bethany is the COO where she is responsible for restaurant staffing, management development, food execution, customer engagement, training and technology. Prior to Untamed, Bethany was the COO of Taïm where she spent six years creating strong systems to prepare the brand for growth. She led the operations at Le Pain Quotidien and the expansion of Chipotle in the Northeast, launching new restaurants in NYC. NJ, Long Island, Boston, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Bethany has also opened and run restaurants for both US Disney theme park properties as well as for Brinker International.

Untamed Brands’ partnership with taim has transformed the whole business. taim had been wrestling with an array of operational challenges and working through scaling beyond a handful of locations. Untamed helped increase operational efficiency and build a powerful consumer brand, enabling taim to scale more rapidly.

David is co-owner of Blue Hill--a working farm, restaurant, and consulting company supporting sustainable agriculture and sourcing that positively contributes to the world's food system.


Tastemaker, writer, editor and lecturer, Dana Cowin is founder of DBC Creative, a brand consultancy focusing on the hospitality industry, host of a multi-media platform spotlighting and nourishing voices of diverse women in the food world, and long-time former Editor in Chief of Food & Wine magazine.


Jonny was the Droga5 Chief Strategy Officer for 13 years and now is the Head of Brand Transformation at Blackstone (the largest Private Equity firm globally) for its more than 200 portfolio companies.


David is the chairman of the Advisory Board for Untamed Brands. David served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack, being instrumental in its growth from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park to a multi-national burger company with over 60 locations just prior to its IPO. During his 17 years as one of the founding partners of Union Square Hospitality Group, David’s role included being President of Growth Businesses, focusing on building Shake Shack, Blue Smoke and Union Square Events, and earlier leading the design and development of USHG fine-dining restaurants in addition to being the company’s CFO.
